Philosophy

The poet Mary Oliver said, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” Together, we explore that question. My clients learn to take more risks. They vote for themselves and what resonates, not for the shoulds and the have-tos. Inner responses have a chance to bubble to the surface.

Every day, I encourage my clients to “live out loud”—to choose what feels juicy and alive. “What can you do that would feel life expanding? What suits your natural self? Is that a choice of the heart?” I inquire. “Is there a risk that you need to take to honor your real self, to not miss out on your own life?”

Living out loud means knowing your own heart and mind, revealing yourself more truthfully in every part of your world, moving out of the shadows and into the foreground of your life, choosing what is juicy and alive.
